What do your packages include?
Our most popular UGC package includes 10 user photos and 10 videos, which we create every month in a long-term partnership. We also offer one-off packages and flexible options with different photo to video ratios to meet your needs. For more information, feel free to leave us an inquiry.
How many models does the content you shoot include?
We usually work with 2-3 models from our team, but if you have additional requirements for them, we will be happy to help you find the most suitable models for your needs.
Do you have a minimum contract?
Yes, our minimum contract is for a period of 3 months. This time is necessary to create content that will allow your audience to get used to the brand and start bringing real results. Of course, we also offer one-time packages, the price for which varies.
Can I request content corrections and how many edits are included in the service?
Yes, of course! Our priority is to make our clients completely satisfied. Even before the shoot, we will provide you with a detailed plan, creative strategy and moodboard to give you a clear idea of the expected content. Once the videos and photos are ready, we will send them to you for approval, with the opportunity for one round of corrections afterwards.
How quickly can I expect finished user videos and photos?
We start work as soon as you submit the products and approve the ideas we have prepared in advance. We then allocate one day for filming and you can expect the finished footage within about 10-15 business days. Our design services cover a spectrum of needs, from social media graphics and online ad creatives to print materials such as brochures, business cards, and packaging design.
